Ms. Liberatore was born and raised in Southern California and has had the privilege to work with students from different areas in California, including San Diego, Irvine, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, and now Los Angeles. Ms. Liberatore developed a passion for teaching at a young age when she realized she wanted to bring her own passion for learning into the lives of others. Ms. Liberatore was drawn to Equitas Academy because of its high expectations and supportive environment for students. She believes that students shouldn’t feel frustrated or defeated by school, but rather, they should feel successful and empowered by their school experiences. This is the motto that Ms. Liberatore strives to achieve every day in the classroom. It is Ms. Liberatore’s goal to combine her range of experience with her ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, and inspirational teacher. She is beyond excited to meet her new scholars and help them grow and learn new things in second grade! In her spare time, Ms. Liberatore loves to write, sew costumes, go to Disneyland, cook Italian food, and play with her cat.
