Ms. Cordova is excited to begin her role as the new Spanish enrichment teacher at Equitas Academy. Ms. Cordova is a passionate, dedicated, goal- driven educator. She is enthusiastic and committed with a natural ability to appreciate and inspire children. She is skilled in communicating with varied audiences of cultural diversity. 

 

Born and raised in Texas she attended the University of North Texas where she majored in Interdisciplinary Studies with Concentration in Early Childhood Bilingual Education through 6th grade Certified: EC-6 Bilingual Generalist. 

 

While in Texas she taught for five years and has experience as a second, third and fourth grade bilingual teacher (Spanish/English). When she’s not at Equitas she enjoys going to the beach and getting to visit family as much as she can. Ms. Cordova is thrilled to be part of the Equitas team and to call Los Angeles her new home!
