Mr. Redgrift graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. He also attended Dominguez Hills to obtain his Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. This is Mr. Redgrift’s fifth year teaching at Equitas Academy, as well as his fifth year teaching fourth grade. He believes that all children should have the opportunity to receive a high quality education and that each student should be given access to the curriculum based on their individual needs. His goal is to help scholars reach their full potential and to develop skills that will eventually lead to them college graduation. In his spare time he enjoys reading, playing soccer and rooting on his favorite teams, the Los Angeles Dodgers, Rams and Lakers. Mr. Redgrift is very excited to meet his new scholars and is looking forward to a fun and exciting year.
