Ms. Reyes is excited to be a part of the Equitas team, she began her teaching career at Equitas in 2015 as an Afterschool Program Leader. While balancing school and work, Ms. Reyes earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge. She majored in Children and Adolescents Development. Ms. Reyes then took the role of Instructional aid and has grown throughout her coaching at Equitas. This academic year Ms.Reyes will take position of American sign language teacher, She has always been passionate about becoming an educator and is thrilled to teach scholars ASL. Ms. Reyes knows the value of education and will continue to teach scholars to be lifelong learners. In her spare time Ms. Reyes enjoys exercising, painting and spending time with her loved ones. She also enjoys hiking and watching Studio Ghibli films.
